Got a -06 hose with 1/4-18 male NPT on the other end, this three-piece fitting gonna work for that hookup?

That's what this fitting is built for. The thread end is 1/4-18 Male NPT and the hose end is sized for -06 hose, so your application lines up on both counts. Just keep in mind it's a reduced bore design, meaning the internal flow path is slightly smaller than a full bore fitting. For most standard line connections that's not a problem, but worth knowing going in.
