fitting's got a 3/8 NPT male thread on it, that gonna work going into a standard 3/8 female port on a pneumatic valve block?

3/8 NPT male threads are about as common as it gets on pneumatic valve blocks, so yeah, that connection should mate up fine with a standard 3/8 female NPT port. The tube side accepts a 0.375 inch OD tube using the push-to-connect mechanism, so once the NPT end is threaded in, you just push your tubing straight in to complete the connection. No ferrules or compression sleeves needed on the tube end.
