got a tee fitting that went out on one of our pneumatic lines, tube's a quarter inch OD and the port it threads into is 1/8 NPT. this the right replacement?

That's what this fitting is built for. Quarter inch tube OD on the run and branch sides, 1/8 NPT male thread on the swivel run connection. Brass construction, push-to-connect on the tube ends, so swapping it in shouldn't take long at all. Catalog number C1LC47 if you need to cross-reference it against your parts records.
