What kind of pressure can this union tee handle?

This fitting is rated to handle pressures up to 250 psi, and it can also handle vacuum applications down to 29.5 inches of mercury.

got some 1/8 tube on a little air lube line, is this union tee the right size for that

It’s made for 0.13 inch tube OD, so it matches 1/8 inch outside diameter tubing. It’s intended to be used with PT230 and TP160 nylon tubing or PT240 polyethylene tubing.

does this fitting work without any tools to put together, or do you need something to lock it in place?

No tools needed for assembly or disassembly. The push-connect design lets you insert the tube and it locks in on its own. When you need to pull it apart, the collar releases the tube without any wrenches or extra hardware. That also means you can reuse the fitting, which saves a good bit of time when you're swapping lines out in the field.
