PT230 TP160 nylon tubing and PT240 polyethylene tubing are the compatible types for this fitting. As long as your nylon line falls under the PT230 or TP160 designation, you're in good shape for a direct connection. Worth keeping in mind that the fitting itself handles temps from -40F up to 200F, but your tubing's own temperature limits take priority, so factor that in depending on what the line is running through.
