got 3/8 tube on the run, but the branch is that 1/4-18 male npt that can swivel around?

On this tee, the run side is for 0.38 inch tube OD push to connect, and the branch is a 1/4-18 male NPT swivel connection, so you can thread it in and still rotate for alignment.
