Been trying to figure out if this fitting'll hold up in an air brake setup on an older semi. Does it actually meet DOT requirements?

i’m swapping a line and just want to be sure, what size tube and pipe thread does this 1868X6 fitting take?

It’s made for 0.38 inch tube OD on the push-to-connect side and it has a 1/4-18 male NPT thread on the other end.
