fitting says it goes up to 150 psi, is that gonna hold up okay for standard air brake lines on a trailer?

For typical air brake system use, 150 psi is right in line with what those systems run. The fitting also handles down to vacuum on the low end, so it covers the full operating range you'd expect on trailer brake lines. It meets D.O.T. FMVSS 571.106 and SAE J1131 standards specifically for air brake system performance, so it's built to the right spec for that application.
