trying to run 3/8 tube through a panel, is this the bulkhead union that does that?

For a pass-through connection, a bulkhead union is the style you’re after. This one is a Danfoss and Eaton Push>Connect bulkhead union for 0.38 inch tube OD, so it’s meant to join 3/8 inch OD tube on both sides of a bulkhead.
