Can I use this with nylon tubing, or is it just for air brake lines?

got a 0.63 tube on my air brake line, is this the kind where you just push it in and it locks?

Push the tubing in until you feel it hit the internal stop and the collet will grip it, with an EP O ring handling the seal. For prep, cut the tube clean and keep the cut edge to a max 15 degree angle.

fitting says it goes up to 150 psi, is that enough for standard air brake lines on a commercial truck?
