trying to tee off a 1/4 npt line, are all three ports on this the same thread or is one different
Question by: Joyce E on Feb 4, 2026, 7:30 PM
All three connections are 1/4-18 NPTF. It is a tee with a 1/4-18 male NPT run and 1/4-18 female NPT run and branch, so you have one male end and two female ends, all in the same 1/4-18 NPTF thread size.

does this tee work down to real cold temps, like subfreezing situations out in the field?
Question by: Marvin M on Aug 10, 2025, 11:48 AM
Rated for a minimum working temperature of -65 degrees, this fitting holds up in some seriously cold operating conditions. Whether you're running lines through a cold storage setup or dealing with winter equipment exposure, that lower limit gives you solid headroom below freezing without worrying about the connection failing due to temperature alone.
