Will this fitting hold up okay in a power steering system?

The manufacturer says it's good for power steering applications, along with LP and natural gas, refrigeration, and other hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

adapter says it works for LP and natural gas but what about refrigeration lines, can it handle that too?
