Will this here fitting work alright to hook up a half-inch OD tube?

This adapter is made to work with tubes that have a 0.5 inch outer diameter.

got a line with 3/4-14 npt on it already. does this adapter get me over to a 3/4-16 SAE 45 flare on the other side?
