got a line running 1/2 NPT female and need it to turn 90 degrees into a 3/4-16 male flare fitting, this the right part for that?

That's what this adapter does. One end is 1/2-14 female NPT, the other is 3/4-16 male SAE 45 degree flare, and the whole thing is built as a 90 degree elbow.
