Got some copper tubing running at around 1800 psi in a pneumatic setup, will this sleeve hold up to that kind of pressure?

At 1800 psi you'd have plenty of headroom. The working pressure rating on this sleeve is 2000 psi, and it carries a 4:1 safety factor, so that application falls well within spec. It's made from CA360 brass and fits tubing with a 0.625 inch outer diameter, so just make sure your copper tubing matches that OD and you should be in good shape.
