Got some aluminum tubing running to a pressure gauge setup, will a 0.63 inch OD connect straight to a 1/2-14 NPT port with this fitting, or do I need anything extra to make it work?

For aluminum tubing at that OD, this fitting connects directly without any additional adapter needed. The compression design grips the tubing mechanically, so there's no flaring or special prep required before assembly. Just make sure your tube OD is actually 0.63 inch, since compression fittings are sized to the outer diameter and a mismatch there will cause a bad seal.
