Got a line that needs to turn 90 degrees in a real tight spot, male BSPT on one end, female BSPP on the other, both 3/8. This fitting do that job?

That's exactly what this one's built for. The male side runs an R 3/8-19 tapered BSPT thread and the female side accepts a G 3/8-19 parallel BSPP connection, so it bridges those two thread types right at the 90-degree turn. At 26mm on the L1 and 27mm on the L2, it stays pretty compact, which helps a lot when you're working in a cramped installation where a straight adapter just won't route cleanly.
