trying to cap off a 1/4 inch tube line, is this the right plug for that?

For capping a 0.25 inch tube O.D. connection that uses a 42 degree inverted flare seat, this plug is the right style. It is a male inverted flare plug with 0.4375 inch UNF threads, and it seals on the flare so you do not need extra sealants for the connection.
