got a roll of 3/16 brake line here. is this the right tube nut for it, or am i gonna fight the threads

For 3/16 inch brake tubing, this nut matches that tube size and it uses an M12 x 1mm female thread, so it’s meant to screw onto a compatible M12 x 1mm male fitting in a brake hydraulic circuit.
