Will this motor work as a direct replacement for a Muncie PL19, or will I need to make modifications?

got a Muncie PL19 on a piece of equipment, is this Permco motor really a straight replacement?

It is called out as a replacement for the Muncie PL19. It is a 4.50 cu in/rev gear motor with a 4-bolt SAE B mounting flange, a 13 tooth SAE B splined shaft, and 1-1/4 NPT ports on both the side and rear, with the unused ports needing to be plugged.
