reckon this gauge can handle up to 60 psi without any issues on a standard hydraulic setup

It'll measure pressures from 0 to 60 PSI or 0 to 4.0 Bar just fine, thanks to its liquid-filled design that helps with vibration and pulsation in hydraulic systems. The 1/4 NPT bottom connection makes it straightforward to hook up.

will this fit where i got a 1/4 npt bottom mount now that goes to 100 psi but only reads up to 60?

Absolutely, the threading and bottom connection will match your current setup perfectly. Keep in mind though that this gauge maxes out at 60 PSI, so if your system runs between 60-100 PSI regularly, you'll be pegging the needle at the top of the scale which isn't great for accuracy or gauge life. You'd want to size your pressure gauge so normal operating pressure falls around the middle of the range for best results.
