what's the catalog number on this cap, and is FBM3752 the same part or just a different reference number?

Both numbers point to the same physical part. FBM3752 is the SKU used by the supplier, while C1EC48 is the Eaton Aeroquip catalog number. FCM3752 shows up as an alternate part number as well. If you're cross-referencing from an old parts list or a catalog, any of those three should pull up the same blue anodized aluminum flare cap.
