got a hose end that measures right around an inch and a half, is this clamp gonna fit it?

Fit comes down to the clamping range, and this one is made for 1-13/32 inch through 1-9/16 inch. If your outside diameter lands in that window, it’s the right size range for a snug clamp-up.
