valve's rated for 6000 PSI on the 3/4 port -- does that hold up in continuous duty or just intermittent use?

At 3/4 NPT, the maximum working pressure is 6000 PSI. The Delrin seats and Viton O-Rings are rated for up to 50,000 cycles, so it holds up well under repeated use. That said, the cycle rating covers open/close use, not a continuous pressure time limit, so as long as you're within the 6000 PSI ceiling and the operating temperature stays between -14°F and 212°F, it's built to last in regular working conditions.
