It's designed to work with Industrial ARO 210 and Tru-Flate Interchange plugs, so you should be good to go.

does this thing work with ARO 210 plugs or do I need a different fitting altogether

Built to interchange with Industrial ARO 210 and Tru-Flate plugs, so you won't need a different fitting for those. It also meets ISO Standard 6150 Series B dimensional requirements, which means compatibility runs a bit broader than just one plug type. The male end connects via push-to-connect with automatic sleeve operation, so hooking it up only takes one hand.

got a pile of ARO 210 and Tru-Flate style plugs in the shop, will this coupling hook up to those?
