got a tight spot to snake this hose through. what’s the smallest bend it’ll handle without kinking up?

For routing, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 4.62 inches. Keeping your bend at or above that radius helps it flex as intended.

rated for 2000 psi but what's the temp range on this thing, running petroleum fluid through it in a pretty hot environment

Petroleum-based fluid applications can run up to 300 degrees F with this hose. The lower end holds down to negative 55 degrees F, so cold starts aren't a concern either. The one exception worth noting is air service, which is capped at 250 degrees F rather than 300. As long as your operating temps fall inside that window for your specific fluid type, you're in good shape.
