Will this hose hold up okay with regular hydraulic fluid?

Absolutely, this AQP hose is designed to handle petroleum-based hydraulic fluids without issue. It's also good with air, gasoline, fuel, lubricating oil, and some fire-resistant hydraulic fluids too.

got a -4 hose setup already, is this one the right size or am i gonna be fighting it

It is a -4 dash hose with a 0.19 inch inside diameter and 0.52 inch outside diameter. Keep in mind the minimum bend radius is 3 inches, so it needs a little room to route without kinking.

hose is rated for gasoline too, or just hydraulic fluid?

Petroleum-based fluids, gasoline, air, fuel, and lubricating oils all fall within the approved application range for this hose. The AQP inner tube is built to handle that fluid variety, so running gasoline through a -4 dash size line at pressures up to 3000 PSI is well within what this hose is rated for.

got a tight spot to route this line. how tight can i bend the -4 blue hose without kinking it

For routing, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 3 inches. Keeping your bend at 3 inches or larger helps it flex without stressing the reinforcement.
