whats the hottest fluid I can run thru this hose and can it handle high pressure spikes

For sizing, this is a dash size -6 hose with a 0.38 inch inside diameter and a 0.75 inch outside diameter.

Phosphate ester base hydraulic fluids are on the approved list for this hose, right alongside petroleum-based oils, fuel, lubricating oils, gasoline, and water-based fluids. The AQP elastomer tube handles that range without issue, so you're not limited to just standard hydraulic oil.

got a tight spot to run hose, how sharp can i bend this -6 line without kinking it

For the -6 size on this hose, the minimum bend radius is 5 inches. Keeping your routing at or above that radius is the key detail for avoiding a kink and helping it hold up over time.
