hose been running 5500 PSI steady on a skid steer attachment and my old one finally gave out. this blue aeroquip rated for that kind of pressure?

For routing, the minimum bend radius is 4.02 inches, so you will want to keep any bends at or above that to avoid kinking and stressing the reinforcement.

i need a quarter inch hose for a tight spot, how sharp can i bend this one without kinkin it

For bend limits, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 4.02 inches. Staying at or above that radius helps keep it from kinking and protects the reinforcement.

For a quarter-inch hose, 5750 PSI is actually a solid working pressure rating and puts it well within range for most high-pressure hydraulic circuits. The double wire braid construction is what gets you there on such a small diameter. A lot of folks running log splitters, mini excavators, or compact loader circuits find this size and pressure combination fits their needs without having to step up to a bulkier hose.
