Got a cylinder with a 3-inch rod that needs a new wiper, this AN-29 gonna fit right without any machining?

For a 3.00 inch rod, this wiper seats against a rod diameter of 2.997 inches, so the fit is very close to nominal. The groove OD runs 3.364 inches with the listed groove OD B spec, so as long as your housing groove matches those dimensions, you shouldn't need any modification to make it work.
