got a rod that mics out right around .935, is this wiper ring the right size for it?

does this wiper ring work down to pretty cold temps? got equipment that sits outside through winter and needs to hold up

Urethane construction on this one handles a range from -65°F all the way up to 220°F, so cold weather storage and operation shouldn't be a problem. That lower end covers just about any outdoor winter condition you're likely to run into.
