need to turn a -6 jic line into a 1/8 npt port, is that what this elbow does?

For tying those two standards together, it is a 90 degree adapter with a -06 male JIC 37 degree flare on one end and a 1/8 inch male NPT on the other, so you can go from a JIC hose end to an NPT threaded port while turning the line at a right angle.
