got a hose end that’s -06 JIC 37 degree flare, and the port i’m going into is 12mm x 1.5 metric. is this the right straight adapter for that mix?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a -06 Male JIC 37-degree flare, and the other is a 12MM x 1.5 Male Metric thread, straight through with no angle.
