trying to hook up a -08 AQP hose to a JIC line, is this the right end for that?

Built for AQP and StartLite Racing Hose, it mates to a -08 hose on one side and a female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on the other, so it fits that -08 hose to a JIC 37 flare connection.

fitting says it works with AQP and StartLite hose, is that both types or just one of em?

Both. The FBM4063 is built to work with AQP and StartLite racing hose in the -08 size. You don't have to pick one or the other. As long as you're running either of those hose lines in that dash size, this fitting is the right match.

Wondering if this fitting will hold up if I'm running it pretty much constantly?
