got to mount one of these up on a refuse hauler soon. what size o rings come in the kit and what do i torque the bolts to

Four standard -012 size Viton o-rings are included right in the kit alongside a locating pin. For the mounting hardware you need 10-24 grade 8 socket head cap screws, and those should be lubricated and torqued to 63 to 80 lb.in.

Out of the box it comes as a housing kit with standard Viton seals, all the necessary plugs, and a locating pin. It also includes four -012 size Viton o-rings used to mount the housings and plates to the NFPA D03 surface.
