got a 3/8 air brake chamber line, is this one the 24 inch hose with 1/4 male pipe ends and a swivel on one side?

For air brake air chamber hose lines, this assembly is built with a 3/8 inch inner diameter hose and the ends are 1/4 male pipe on one side and a 1/4 male pipe swivel adapter on the other. Overall length is listed as 24.125 inches.

What's the temp range on this hose assembly? Got equipment running in some pretty cold winters and hot summers, want to make sure it holds up.
