Does this kit work specifically with Permco hydraulic equipment, or is it a general-use part that fits other brands too?

Built for Permco systems, so it's going to be the right call if you're already running Permco hydraulic equipment. Part number 997-00272-CAS ties it directly to their lineup, which means fitment and performance should be right where you need it within that system. Using it outside of Permco equipment isn't something the product supports.
