Built as a charge pump cover for Eaton Char-Lynn piston pumps, this part is meant to be used as the cover on those piston pump applications.

what all does this charge pump cover come with when it ships out?

Package includes the charge pump cover along with a bearing. That bearing is already accounted for, so you're not hunting down a separate part to get it installed.
