got a Vickers PVB piston pump on the bench. is this comp kit meant for restoring the pressure compensator setup?

Built for Eaton Vickers PVB Series piston pumps, the PVB Comp Kit is used to maintain or bring back pressure compensation function on compatible units when compensator parts need replaced during service or a rebuild.

Got a few PVB pumps in the shop with worn-out compensators. This kit covers all the sizes and configurations in that series, or do I need to order separate kits for different units?

All configurations and sizes within the PVB Series are covered under this one kit, so you won't need to stock separate part numbers for each pump variant. That cross-configuration compatibility is actually one of the main reasons maintenance crews keep it on the shelf when they're running multiple PVB units. One SKU, 9900351-000, handles the range.
