got a controller that’s been weepin a little, is this kit basically the full seal refresh or am i still hunting parts

For a seal refresh, it covers the main sealing pieces as a pre-assembled kit. You get a dust seal, O-ring, seal, back-up ring, seal ring, plus installation instructions, so you are not piecing those items together one by one.

Kit says it comes with dust seals, o-rings, back-up rings and all that, is everything already put together or do you have to sort through a bag of loose parts?

Comes pre-assembled, so you're not digging through a pile of loose pieces trying to figure out what goes where. The dust seal, o-ring, seal, back-up ring, seal ring, and installation instructions are all included and packaged together as a complete kit. Makes the job a fair bit cleaner when you're working on a steering system and just want to get it done.
