Product Questions & Answers

got a hose end that’s 1-1/4 NPTF female. will this adapter screw into it and give me a DIN 2353 S side on the other end?
Question by: Ronnie S on Jun 11, 2025, 6:14 AM
On the NPT side, it is a 1-1/4 inch 11.5 NPTF female thread. The other end is a male Metric DIN 2353 S connection, M42 x 2.0 with an S30 DIN tube size, so it is meant to transition from that NPTF female port to a DIN 2353 S male connection.

Got a line running 1-1/4 inch NPTF female port on a manifold block and need to tie in some metric DIN tube on the other end. this fitting do that job?
Question by: Lee W on Dec 7, 2025, 2:32 PM
That's the pairing this adapter handles. One end is a Male M42 x 2.0 DIN 2353 S sealed metric connection, and the other end threads into a 1-1/4 inch 11.5 NPTF female port. Steel construction, straight configuration, so it drops right in without any awkward routing. At 57.5mm long and 50mm across the wrench flats, it fits cleanly into tight hydraulic connections runs without a lot of fuss.

So this fitting has a metric DIN on one side and NPT on the other? Just want to make sure I'm ordering the right thing.
Question by: Ricky L on Dec 8, 2025, 12:02 PM
That's correct. It has a Male Metric DIN 2353 S connection (M42 x 2.0) on one side, and a Female NPTF thread (1-1/4 - 11.5) on the other.
