Got a metric DIN tube line I'm tryin to tie into a 3/8 NPT female port on a manifold block. This the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. Side 1 is an M16 x 1.5 male DIN tube fitting in the L10 series, and side 2 is a 3/8-18 NPTF female. So if your tube line is metric DIN 2353 L series and your manifold port is 3/8 NPT female, this adapter bridges those two without any extra fittings in between.
