got a hose with 3/8-18 nptf female and need to go over to a DIN tube end, is this the right adapter?

For that kind of hookup, it matches a female 3/8 inch 3/8-18 NPTF on one side and a male DIN tube end on the other. The DIN side is M14 x 1.5 and the fitting is a straight steel adapter.

what's the thread size on the NPT end of this fitting, and is it a standard pipe thread i can hook straight into my existing lines?

The female NPT end runs a 3/8 inch size with a 3/8-18 NPTF thread pattern. That's a pretty common size in hydraulic and fluid line work, so it'll mate up with standard 3/8 male NPT fittings without any adapter gymnastics. Just make sure your mating fitting is also NPTF or NPT compatible and you're good to go.

Will this fit right on my setup, which uses a 3/8 NPT female end? And the other end is Din M14?

This Adaptall fitting has a female NPT end sized at 3/8" (3/8 - 18 NPTF) to match your setup. The other side is a male Din tube with an M14 x 1.5 size. It's made to connect those two different connection types.
