Built for that exact conversion, it has a 3/4 - 16 UNF female JIC on one side and an M18 x 1.5 male DIN 2353L tube connection on the other, in a straight steel body.

Part number on this is 9624-08-L12-18, that the same as MI-08738414 or are those different parts?

Same part, different number systems. MI-08738414 and MINO-03671X97021 are both alternate part numbers that reference the exact same adapter. Suppliers and distributors sometimes catalog it under different codes depending on their system, but you're looking at the same piece either way.
