got a line running M20 x 1.5 metric DIN tube on one end and JIC 37-degree flare on the other, this fitting bridge that gap straight across?

On the JIC side, it has a 3/4 - 16 UNF male thread, listed as a 1/2 inch JIC connection. That matches a 3/4 - 16 JIC female swivel that is made for 37 degree flare.
