Product Questions & Answers

need a straight adapter that goes from a 9/16-18 JIC male over to a M22 x 1.5 DIN tube male. is that what this is?
Question by: Neil H on Sep 18, 2025, 7:32 AM
For hooking those two standards together, this connector matches a JIC male 9/16-18 UNF on one end and a male DIN tube M22 x 1.5 on the other. It is a straight steel fitting.

What kinda pressures can this steel fitting handle? I'm hooking it up to a hydraulic line on my backhoe.

This Adaptall connector is designed for Jic 9/16 - 18 UNF and Din Tube M22 x 1.5 fittings, so it will depend on the pressure rating of those lines. This fitting itself is made of steel, which offers good structural integrity for hydraulic applications.

Got a line running 9/16-18 UNF JIC on one end and need to tie into a M22 x 1.5 metric DIN port on the other, this the right piece for that?
Question by: Wade B on Aug 7, 2025, 10:39 AM
Yeah, that's exactly what this fitting is built for. One side is a 3/8" male JIC at 9/16-18 UNF, and the other is a male DIN tube connection at M22 x 1.5 in the S14 size. Straight body, steel construction, so you're not dealing with any angled routing or adapter stacking. The sealed DIN side handles the metric end without needing a separate seal ring chasing around on you.
