Got a line running M20 x 1.5 metric tube on one end and need to tie into a 3/4-16 JIC fitting on the other, this adapter do that straight through?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a male JIC at 3/4-16 UNF, the other is a male DIN tube connection at M20 x 1.5 with an S12 designation. Both sides are male, so you'll need female counterparts on each line. The body is steel and runs straight through with no bends or offsets, 43mm tip to tip.

got a hose end that’s 3/4-16 UNF JIC male, will this adapt over to an M20 x 1.5 DIN tube connection?

It’s a straight steel adapter made for that exact pairing: side 1 is a 3/4 - 16 UNF male JIC (listed as 1/2 inch size), and side 2 is an M20 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection in S12.

Yeah, that’s right. It’s got a 3/4 - 16 UNF male JIC connection on one side, which is a 1/2" size, and an M20 X 1.5 male DIN tube connection on the other side, which is an S12 size.
