Just want to make sure this will fit, I need to connect a 3/4-16 UNF JIC to an M18 X 1.5 DIN tube.

That's what this Adaptall fitting is made for. It's a straight connector with a 3/4-16 UNF male JIC on one side and an M18 X 1.5 male DIN tube on the other.

got a hose end that’s 3/4-16 UNF JIC male, will this adapter mate up to it and then go into an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube port?

On the JIC side, it is a 3/4 to 16 UNF male JIC. The other end is an M18 x 1.5 male DIN 2353L tube connection, listed as size L12. It is a straight steel adapter with a sealed construction.
