what's the thread size on each end of this fitting? trying to figure out if it'll work between a JIC line and a DIN metric connection on a hydraulic block.

One end is a 7/16-20 UNF male JIC, which corresponds to a 1/4" JIC line. The other end is an M10 x 1.0 male DIN tube fitting, sized at LL06. So yes, it bridges a standard inch-based JIC connection to a metric DIN 2353L tube port. Steel construction, straight configuration, 29.8mm in length with a 16mm wrench width.

got a hose end that’s 7/16-20 JIC male, will this straight fitting mate up to it and still give me a male DIN on the other side?

On the JIC side you are getting a 7/16-20 UNF male (1/4 inch) connection, and the opposite end is an M10 x 1.0 male DIN 2353L tube connection. It is a straight steel adapter and the sealed design is meant to help prevent leakage at the connection.
