what's the thread size on both ends of this fitting? got one side going to M22 and need to make sure the other end lines up right before I order

Side 1 runs an M24 x 1.5 thread with a DIN Tube connection at size S16. Side 2 is your M22 x 1.5 Metric male connection. Both ends are male, so keep that in mind when matching up your existing ports or adapters.

What size wrench do I need for this thing? Looks like a tight fit.

You'll need a 27mm wrench for both sides of this elbow fitting. Adaptall lists them as Ch1 and Ch2 widths, so it's the same on either end.

trying to replace an elbow on my hydraulic line. are the ends on this one M24 x 1.5 on the DIN tube side and M22 x 1.5 on the other?

Fit-wise, Side 1 is a DIN Tube connection with a male M24 x 1.5 thread in size S16, and Side 2 is a male metric connection with an M22 x 1.5 thread (22 mm size).
